2. Data we collect
We collect only the following data:
- Contact form submissions — name, phone number, email address, and message text submitted through the contact form on the homepage.
- Technical logs — standard web server access logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and requested page. These are retained for up to 30 days and used solely for security monitoring.
- Cookies — one functional cookie is stored when you interact with the cookie banner (
rw_cookie_consent), stored in localStorage. No tracking cookies are set.
3. How we use your data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and not combined with any other dataset. Form submissions are stored on our server for up to 90 days before deletion.
4. Legal basis
Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) at the point of submission. Technical log processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining secure infrastructure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Data storage and security
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We implement standard technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on server infrastructure.
6. Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts, loaded via Google's CDN. Google may process your IP address when fonts are requested. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details. Images are loaded directly from Wikimedia Commons servers (upload.wikimedia.org).
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@riverandwillow.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Cookies
We use one first-party cookie stored in localStorage:
- rw_cookie_consent — stores whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice. Expires when you clear browser storage. No personal data is stored in this value.
No third-party analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels are used on this site.
